The Keppel Internship Programme is a structured programme designed for Undergraduates and Polytechnic students in their 2nd year or final year of study.
Interns who excel and display the potential to develop their careers with Keppel will be invited to join the Keppel Associate Programme.

Duration: 22 to 26 weeks

The Keppel Associate Programme at Keppel seeks to give high-calibre talents the commercial exposure, industry knowledge and professional networks they will need to become Keppel’s future leaders.
The 24-month programme aims to equip candidates with the essential leadership and technical skills for a head start in their career. This includes hands-on experience in our plants that will help build a strong engineering foundation, as well as participation in projects that cross business units that will broaden candidates’ exposure.
